My wife and I chanced upon Bistrot d'Henri-Le Machon a couple of years ago and have come back each time we have returned to Paris. The food is wonderful, my favorite is the Agneau de 7 heures with the Gratin Dauphinois, and the service is always excellent. A true Parisian bistro experience - and extremely affordable also!!!
