We have visited this place for some 30 years and the food is always great. This time we had rognion (kidneys) in mustard sauce, tarte tatine, the best in Paris!
C'est la 2eme fois que je vais dans ce restaurant et à chaque fois, je retrouve des goûts anciens que j'apprécie beaucoup. C'est toutefois, un restaurant très traditionnel alors si vous chercher plus d’exotisme, vous pourriez être déçu, C'est un bon restaurant de cuisine française, ce qui devient de plus en plus rare. Seul bemol, les places sont assez exiguë du fait de la petitesse du restaurant.
The steak was absolutely terrible – full of silver skin and nearly impossible to eat. Despite arriving first, we were served last, which was extremely frustrating. To make things worse, the staff was shockingly rude throughout the experience. The lack of privacy in the restaurant made it even more uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing visit.
I enthusiastically recommend trying the dishes of this charming restaurant. They are delicious, I finally tasted the much-discussed authentic taste of France.
Very delicious food and welcoming staff. I have been there 5 years ago and it was a pleasure to see the taste of the food hasn't changed at all. It is a gem.
